This role will be a part of the Sealed Air Finance Rotational Program. The Finance Rotational Program focuses on developing early career talent by exposing them to various areas within Corporate Finance & Accounting to foster skill building, grow a culture of knowledge sharing across the organization, and develop the next generation of Finance leaders at SEE.

The Rotational Program will include 3 to 4 rotations lasting between 6 and 9 months (total approximately 27 months) based on the business needs, skill set and career interest. The program focuses on the Company’s core finance and accounting roles which support the Company’s strategic direction and includes structured career progression opportunities. Responsibilities
Actual rotation responsibilities will vary from department to department, examples include: Capital resource management and analytics Customer margin analysis Oversee and participate in complex financial analysis for business unit(s) in support of sales and marketing activities Participate independently as a member of a cross-functional team supporting both key metrics from all financial statements Provide financial and business partnering support to the Marketing & Portfolio Directors Provide analysis and guidance to support planned capital expenditures, review potential acquisitions/divestitures and/or other potential strategic partnerships, and provide post investment analysis of previous expenditure or investments. Ensure the delivery of the monthly reports and analysis like PMVE, P&L’s, Bridge Sales & EBITDA, Rebates and Price adjustments tracking, etc. Support and analyze companywide outsourcing initiatives Assist in internal audits Full plant cycle supply chain support Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline from four-year college or university

Required Skills/Training:
Proficient in all MS Office applications, including MS Excel
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to adapt/learn as needed from business decisions and priorities

Preferred Skills/ Training:
Previous experience with SAP ERP (General Ledger), Power BI, & Hyperion Financial Management
Experience with international customers and clients and working with International team members
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.
Experience with lean process improvement concepts (Six Sigma)
