The pay rate for this Full-time role is ($20.50 an hour.)
The Shift hours and days areD shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 6pm-6am)
- Perform Process Audits on Converting departments.
- Inspections to be completed based upon directed risk approach and manufacturing performance.
- Disposition, in conjunction with operations supervisor, MRB material per requirements.
- Perform audits of finished product from the Bag/Pouch Conversion Departments for conformance of quality requirements.
- Assist in the training of new employees and refresher training of current staff.
- Assist in the inspection of customer returned product to resolve issues pertaining to quality and to satisfy customer needs.
- Audit the quality process to ensure conformance to established quality-related procedures.
- Complete all paperwork, reports, and filing associated with the performance of the role to affirm that audit and test results are accurately documented, organized, and filed.
- Ability to train for and conduct internal ISO audits and support external audits as needed.
- Participate in our Continuous Improvement program including the support of six sigma and defect improvement teams throughout the plant.
- Serve as back up to other Quality positions during times of vacations, illness, etc.
The pay rate for this Full-time role is ($21.00 an hour.)

- Preferred three years minimum working knowledge of APS Converting manufacturing process.
- Competency in IFS.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with APS product specifications.
- Must have a demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including word, power point, Access, and Excel.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Requires ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Expected to work as a Team member to protect the Customer from nonconforming material.
- Expected to be a shop floor leader in helping production fully understand our customers quality demands.
