Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Card & Bank Reconciliation
- Other bookkeeping & office tasks
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or marine industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quickbooks Enterprise Experience
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with boating or a passion for the marine industry is highly desirable.
