POSITION TITLE: Fulfillment Specialist
REPORTS TO: Shipping and Fulfillment Manager
SUMMARY:
Assists in receiving, labeling, maintaining, and inventory control of all materials assigned to the Label Warehouse. Assists in the timely and accurate issuance of label stock to all label presses, and subsequent re-storage if applicable. Verifies and processes incoming shipments according to corporate procedures, distributes materials to all departments and places materials into the proper locations. Prepares customer orders for shipping according to customer specifications, ensures shipments meet company quality standards, and assists in loading and unloading trucks.

Production Support - Retrieves the correct stock from the warehouse and delivers it to the appropriate press staging area according to the specifications detailed on the accompanying stock sheets.

Shipping – Accurately prepares skids and cartons for scheduled shipments to include labeling, skid or carton preparation, shrink wrapping, shipment recordkeeping, and transfer to carrier according to customer and job ticket specifications. Accurately counts all materials received and verifies with packing lists, and internal purchase orders.

MIP Warehouse – Trained for proficient operation in all aspects of the MIP warehouse including receiving and pulling orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Sodexo Fulfillment - Trained for proficient operation in all aspects of the MIP warehouse including receiving and pulling orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Other: Other duties as assigned including Security, Safety, ISO, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to follow verbal and written job instructions, including those dealing with dimensions and quantity. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
2. Must be forklift certified or have the ability to be certified and successfully pass pre-employment skills testing, background screen, physical and drug test
3. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks. Manual dexterity and excellent eye/hand coordination are required to safely manipulate equipment settings, utilize hand tools, move carts and skids with finished product throughout the plant. Must be able to move freely on foot throughout the plant, stand for sustained periods of time, and perform pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, and lifting functions.
4. Basic computer aptitude with ability to use computers as necessary in the operation of equipment or as a tool for process support and documentation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
- One year of shipping, warehouse or inventory experience and the use of power equipment such as fork lifts, narrow aisle reach trucks, etc.
