Position Overview
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologist with CT experience to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-Rays, at a technical level that does not require constant supervision. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-Rays, at a technical level that does not require constant supervision. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to provide excellent patient care and ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain imaging department equipment, including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS systems
- Perform diagnostic imaging exams in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Assist physicians and other medical staff during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all procedures and patient records
- Perform quality control checks on equipment and maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and participate in continuing education programs as required
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Current certification as a medical radiologic technologist required
- CT certification preferred
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Associate's degree in Radiology or related field preferred
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of radiologic/imaging experience preferred
- 1 years of CT experience preferred
- 1 years of emergency room experience preferred
- Proficiency with X-ray and CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software, and PACS systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Requirements
