Warehouse Manager

```Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for the delivery crew and the warehouse crew who are both essential to the flow of the warehouse. Our warehouse sits on the Seasons Four property (1265 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington MA 02420) where we stock various types of outdoor furniture. These items usually require assembly and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality furniture. Pay is dependent on experience.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring (when needed), training, and performance evaluations.

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain the flow and workspace of the warehouse.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

- Strong building skills and furniture repair experience

- Maintain a clean work space.

- Receive merchandise via freight carriers.

- Handle furniture complaints and issues and escalate in a professional manner

- Work closely with the front office to ensure deliveries run smoothly and any issues get resolved.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of retail operations.

- Knowledge of how to use a forklift, Big Joe and Kubota.

- Takes pride in inventory management and control.

- Must be a team player

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

**Schedule is

5-6 days per week depending on the season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
