Payroll/AP Processor

Payroll / AP Processor

Payroll/AP Processor will be responsible for all employee payroll on weekly and semi-monthly basis, along with company Account Payable.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Responsible for processing weekly and semi-monthly payroll
• 
  Process all employee payroll changes within ADP
• 
  Promptly and accurately process all payroll garnishments
  
• Track all vacation/ PTO balances
• 
  Prepare and distribute all W2’s annually through ADP
• 
  Confirm and process employee 401K contributions and loan repayments
• 
  Submit weekly 401K contribution to Fidelity
  
• Prepare for open enrollment within ADP
  
• Maintain AP email and send invoices off for approval and coding
• 
  Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to all inquiries and concerns
• 
  Process weekly check runs for payables
• 
  Process expense reports and maintain petty cash
• 
  Assist with month end close
  
• Other duties as necessary

Requirements:

• 
  1 years’ experience with ADP Workforce Now
• 
  1-3 years’ experience within payroll or accounting
• 
  Aptitude for technology – Must have expert knowledge of MS Excel and ability to learn new systems
• 
  Maintains high level of discretion and confidentiality
  
• Excellent communication skills
• 
  Extreme attention to detail
• 
  Ability to work with all levels of organization
• 
  Adaptable to fast paced environment
• 
  Excellent organizational skills
