Job Summary

The Seattle Restaurant Store is seeking a high energy, personable and dependable delivery driver/warehouse worker to perform local warehouse and delivery operations. You will be responsible for verifying that incoming merchandise matches the packing list when it arrives at our warehouse, inspecting merchandise for damage, loading onto delivery trucks, and delivering it to our customers. You will be responsible for organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Delivery drivers are a main point of contact with our customers, so excellent customer relations skills are important.

Requirements

Ø Valid Washington State Driver’s License

Ø Clean driving record (no tickets or citations in past four years)

Ø Excellent verbal communication skills

Ø Ability to safely lift, load, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Ø Professional appearance and demeanor

Ø Excellent customer facing skills

Preferred experience

Ø Experience driving 26’ box trucks

Ø Experience delivering large equipment to commercial kitchens and restaurants

Ø Powered industrial truck (forklift) certification or experience
