As a member of the Strategy & Analytics team, the Business Analyst, Sponsorship & Ticketing will work collaboratively with Corporate Partnership, Ticketing, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities, manage sponsorship platform (KORE), develop sponsorship insights and help manage ticketing pricing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will understand the sports sponsorship business, eager to learn more and possess the ability to drive revenue through strategy & analytics processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead implementation of KORE Sponsorship Module alongside Partnerships team
- Help drive adoption of Salesforce within the Sponsorship team through in-depth product knowledge, maintaining a clean system, training, and executing enhancements/efficiencies derived from the team’s feedback
- Develop strategy with team to provide key insights and support for Sponsorship team (pitch decks, recap reports, fan/partner insights, market analysis, inventory efficiency, third party media evaluation partners, KPI, etc.)
- Work with KORE, Ticketmaster, Ticket Operations and Strategy & Analytics teams to maintain consistent and organized data sets across the data warehouse and Archtics ticketing system
- Build efficiencies and processes between Partnerships and Business Strategy team
- Conduct and utilize research to communicate data insights that aide in developing strategies for Ticketing and Partnership stakeholders
- Identify and present on industry and organizational trends
- Provide mid-year evaluations/update on specific sponsorship contracts to assure proper value for all parties
- Support pricing efforts and inventory management of all ticketing, suites, and premium products
- Be the champion of test and learn methodology by identifying revenue generation opportunities, areas to improve effectiveness and testing
- Evaluate tech stack and internal processes
- Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work with a sports sponsorship team, preferably sales operations
- Experience with Salesforce systems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Data visualization software knowledge (Tableau preferred)
- Familiarity with KORE Software Sponsorship Module a plus
- Working with large datasets and relational databases
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capacity to balance multiple complex projects are once
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is a hybrid position working primarily from home and expected to attend Sounders FC home matches at Lumen Field, events and meetings at headquarters in Renton as needed.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be fully vaccinated at the time of hire and follow all club and league COVID-19 protocols.
- Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
- Must be able to facilitate own local travel.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PERKS

The annual compensation range for this position is $55,500 - $90,000 including eligibility for bonus opportunity based on individual performance. Base pay at time of offer will take into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and market.
