Join our team for the winter season in a crucial role that keeps our community moving. We are seeking dedicated individuals for a Snow Plowing/Shoveling role. This position involves the essential task of clearing snow from parking lots and sidewalks on commercial sites, ensuring safe and accessible environments during the winter months.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow plow and/or shovel to remove snow from parking lots and sidewalks.
- Maintain safety standards while performing tasks.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clear and accessible.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold, winter conditions.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Compensation
Qualified Truck Drivers pay $35-$40 per hour based off of experience
Qualified operators (skid steer and loaders) pay $35-$40 per hour based off experiences.
All other positions Are anywhere from $20-$30 per hour
