About the Inventory Position: The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for keeping track and managing all the device inventory within our warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Is expected to count/meet a certain quota provided to them by their manager.
- Run all reports of inventory needed for daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts using an ERP system.
- Responsible for verifying all physical locations of devices with the ERP system.
- Ensure location quantities and device type should always match with the ERP system.
- Maintain records of monthly, weekly, and daily inventory counts of all devices.
- Adjusting Inventory device counts as needed.
- Managing inventory and device spreadsheets in Excel and Google spreadsheets.
- Ensure that every device that has been relocated outside of the warehouse has been updated in the ERP system.
Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced in Data Entry
- Exceptional math and analytical skills.
- Familiar with Excel and/ or Google spreadsheets.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Capability to function will in a high-paced and at times demanding environment.
- Skillfulness to motivate and hold accountable team members for their duties and responsibilities in the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Prolonged periods standing and working throughout the facility.
- Occasional periods of climbing, kneeling, bending, and crawling throughout workspace.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds at a time.

Work environment: The daily work environment is within an enclosed Production Center or Warehouse. The center is not climate controlled, so you may be working in the heat or cold. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving parts and forklifts. Must be able to tolerate exposure to typical noises and smells associated with the position and within a warehouse-like setting. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
