What are the responsibilities and job description for the HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST position at Secretary of the Navy Offices (SECNAV)?
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST at the OCHR PHILADELPHIA OPERATIONS CENTER.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1.) Advise managers on Human Resources Management (HRM) programs and recommend improvement opportunities based on results of program studies or projects; 2) Develop communication strategies and marketing materials in support of an organization; 3.) Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of HRM or related programs to ensure strategic alignment of programmatic goals; 4.) Develop analytical reports based on consolidated findings and information from project teams and SMEs for management review and action; 5.) Prepare a wide variety of written materials, including memoranda, statistical data, presentation materials, point papers, instructions, etc. for an organization to brief senior leadership on findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:
