We are currently seeking Unarmed Security Guards (flex officers) for our client.
Our professional security guards are responsible for providing superior physical security services at our client’s site. They demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to perform foot patrols due to a vast area of responsibility.
Job Duites
- Following prescribed standard operating procedures for basic and emergency responses
- Responsible for supervising the security staff,
- Handling the schedule and any callouts or after-hours emergency.
- Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record since this is a mobile patrol position.
- Supervisor is responsible for enforcing the company and client policies.
- The supervisor must be able to train, coach, develop the security staff to perform at a high level.
- Supervisor is responsible to lead the team and be professional at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements
- NC Guard License
- Minimum 3 year of relevant security experience
- Must have Security Supervisor experience
- Valid Driver's Licene
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Naturalized Citizen, or Permanent Resident
Schedule : Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm
