Provide financial services to our membership by phone or internet. Responsibilities include but are not limited to establishment of new accounts, account maintenance, account research and resolution and performing basic admin duties including printing and sending emails. Hours vary, must be available some nights and weekends.
Minimum high school diploma. Must be able to work as a member of a team and independently. Candidates should exhibit confidence, reliability, time management, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner. Credit and criminal background check will be performed.
