This Secure Parking USA job is in Chicago, IL. This position is a customer service position to assist customer intercom call and oversee after hours operations for our Chicago locations Wednesday – Sunday from 5pm – 1am.

This is a full time Union position.

Job duties include:

  • Answer phone and intercom calls to assist customers with entering or exiting our facilities
  • Maintain database of calls for gate vends by location.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries by meeting service performance and transaction standards.
  • Log customer concerns by location. Determine cause of malfunction at locations to cause customer concerns.
  • Conduct site inspections of assigned locations. Ensure that services are performed to uphold company standards.
  • Maintain gates and kiosks at assigned locations.
  • Coordinate parking activities for assigned locations. Ensure that services are performed to uphold company standards.
  • Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot and log potential problems and concerns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Provide positive Customer Service Communication
  • Proven ability to work with various levels of staff and management.
  • Proven customer service ability and problem resolution.

Work Location: One location with occasonal travel to 3 other local sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
