SecureOne Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual with security experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical experience to serve in the position of Special Response Officer (SRO).
As a Special Response Officer, you will work in a variety of locations to ensure the division's operations run smoothly by filling open shifts and schedules as directed or assigned. We guarantee full-time hours for SRO security officers / MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2 of 3 SHIFTS!!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must be mature, responsible and reliable
- Proven ability to deal with challenging situations while remaining calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call to cover additional shifts as assigned
- Ability to work multiple sites weekly as scheduled
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patrol vehicle and properly inspect the vehicle at the start/end of shift
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbook, scope of work, post procedures and other manuals at each site that you work.
- Conduct all Security Officer duties as assigned or directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum 2-3 years security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License, with a clean MVR (no moving violations within the past 3 years)
- Have reliable means of transportation
- Must obtain or possess required certificates to work as a Security Officer
- Must have legal right to work in the United States
- Must always maintain a working telephone
