Job Description Summary:
Assesses, develops and executes learning and development programs/opportunities with the intent to help the organization be successful by developing skills and competencies, enhancing productivity and quality of work, and building loyalty to the company.
Champions learning and development solutions to aid organizational effectiveness by developing, designing and delivering learning paths that facilitate the achievement of current and emerging Enterprise Technology and company goals.

·Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
-Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
-Ability to utilize phone for approximately 2-4 hours per day
-Ability to perform simple grasping including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout entire workday
