ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct recurring audits and prepare critical and confidential information directly to the management team.
- Supports the site security manager with counseling for disciplinary matters as needed.
- Recommends corrective actions for performance management of staff to management.
- Maintains guard licensing and certification tracking. Coordinates with the Officers, Management team and the local Securitas Branches as needed.
- Ensures all Post Order updates are completed, tracked, and acknowledged by the operations team.
- Act as a Field Security Supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.
- Act as response or customer service officer in periods of increased activity or absent staff.
- Assists with scheduling, site and equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
- Maintains uniform inventory and ensures that all staff are meeting uniform expectations.
- Supports onboarding and offboarding processes for incoming and outgoing officers.
- Analyses data, compiles reports, and inspects all reporting outputs for accuracy.
- Assists with scheduling, site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
- Conducts audits of timesheets and engagements to ensure dynamic scheduling processes are followed for accurate billing and invoicing.
- Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
An Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years or more years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. COMPETENCIES (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned accounts.
- Knowledge of 24x7 security operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
- Skill in staff supervision, including assigning work and providing training and discipline.
- Ability to arrive at logical conclusions with input derived from multiple sources.
- Ability to determine courses of action based on detailed written instructions.
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
- Advanced computer skills are mandatory. Use of Microsoft office products and Infor WFM is required.
- Strong Oral and written communications skills. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.
- Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to be an effective leader and member of project teams.
