Due to the continued rapid growth of our Electronic Security group, we are currently seeking a Director, Local Enterprise Sales to help us to further expand our business.
The Director, National Enterprise Sales will coach and mentor the sales team, engaging directly in high-value customer interactions, negotiating deals, and working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach. Manage the process of reviewing and approving Contract and MSA agreements. As the director you will analyze market trends, customer needs for commercial electronic security products and services. Ensure sales performance is continuously showing an upward trend and refine strategies continually. The director is also responsible for recruiting top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Own and exceed new business sales targets for the local enterprise team.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives National Enterprise and set strategic territory plans.
- Engage in customer interactions and play an active role in closing deals.
- Coach and support team members, manage performance and career development.
- Accountable for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop strong internal relationships with supporting teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales and delivery of enterprise electronic security solutions
- Prior experience in the sales and delivery of consultative service solutions
- Minimum 5 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets.
- Experience in performance analysis for sales optimization.
- Successful and proven cold calling, networking, and lead generation experience
- Proven negotiation acumen
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies.
- Availability for extensive travel within assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
