- The Mobile Security Supervisor functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s);
- acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed;
notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain security and safety of the client’s premises
- Supervise mobile employees
- Serve as a visible deterrent
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports
- Promptly respond to incidents
- Use technology devices
- Provide high level customer service skills
- Must be able to safely operate a vehicle to perform job duties
Position Requirements :
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have 1 year of security experience and 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic computer skills
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Reliable and self-motivated
- High level customer service
- Must have clean motor vehicle report
