Essential Functions
- Will serve as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service; will evaluate service quality and initiate any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
- Will meet with client representatives for status updates; will address any actual or potential problems; will review post orders for up-to-date instructions.
- Will participate in the recruitment process, training development, and retention of high caliber officers; will act to ensure that each officer is treated with respect; will mentor employees and carry out disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Will maintain a positive and professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; will act to ensure that officers understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Will act to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained; will maintain and submit payroll records.
- Will prepare and coordinate schedules; will act to ensure that scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; will review Security Officer site reports to verify post orders and client directives have been satisfactorily followed.
Salary: $42,000 - $45,000
