JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for serving as the system administrator for credit and lending software applications, as well as, developing and administering the business unit’s various reporting requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Systems Administration (50%)
- Serves as the administrator and subject matter expert for various lending software systems.
- Manages and reviews users access rights.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive procedures for various software solutions.
- Develops and produces on-demand and recurring reports.
- Conducts training programs in person and virtually for current and new employees; partners with Training and Development to ensure consistency in content and delivery.
- Monitors and maintains accuracy of data imports.
- Investigates and resolves user issues.
- Implements and maintains system configurations.
- Participates in planning of ongoing improvements to systems and processes.
Reporting (40%)
- Fulfills the business unit’s various internal and external reporting requirements in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to:
- Asset Quality Reporting
- Board of Director Reporting assigned to Credit Administration
- Distribution of weekly portfolio and risk management reports
- Prepares various reports on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ad hoc reporting as needed by Management, Audit, Compliance, and Regulators
- Standardizes reporting format and continuously improve report processes for greater efficiency.
- Maintains procedures for business unit reporting responsibilities.
Miscellaneous (10%)
- Assists with planning, organizing, and implementing various projects for the business unit.
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to learn and maintain a working knowledge of the bank’s loan policy, procedures, and banking regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate strong conceptual and analytical skills in problem solving.
- Familiarity with data management and organization.
- Ability to perform basic statistical analysis.
- Comfort with public speaking for report presentations and software trainings.
- Ability to ensure a high level of data integrity by regularly testing the accuracy of information in the bank’s various applications.
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong skills using business analytics tools.
- Time management skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong skills and working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Word.
- Ability to complete required training by assigned due date.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
EDUCATION*
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field required.
EXPERIENCE*
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating financial reports using Excel, Power Query, and Pivot Tables required.
- Software Administrator experience preferred.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Experience with Fiserv Navigator and Business Analytics preferred.
