These Immediate Permanent Positions will be filled quickly and we would like for you to be available for an interview IMMEDIATELY. We are looking for candidates that may need to travel a maximum of 30miles to their respected permanent post. Must have open availability. Must have Guard Card. Established Security Guard Company is now hiring dependable, courteous and professional Security Officers to represent our company to the highest industry standards. Must be able to perform designated job duties and abide by company/industry policies and procedures. Detailed oriented, great people and communications skills needed.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Guard Card
Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
English comprehension (speak, write, etc.) Bilingual a plus
Pass employment verification, background check and drug testing
All candidates must have verifiable work experience
Sharp, neat and professional appearance with mature and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Walk, stand and remain alert for extended periods of time
Flexibility to be on-call for all types of projects when necessary
Must know how to use a Smart Phone with Texting/E-Mail capabilities
Be able to start working immediately
Be willing to travel at times to different posts upon request
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foot patrol facility and/or man post and provide safety by observing and reporting efficiently
Provide rapid response to all trespassing, loitering and all emergencies on the property
Report safety hazards and violations to your Direct Supervisors
Prepare and submit D.A.R.'s and/or Incident Reports in a timely and efficient manner
Be able to understand and execute all post orders and required duties
Must know and respect all chain of command pass-downs
Must be able to work effectively both indoors and outdoors during all weather conditions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of post orders and guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to perform all report writing in English for the purpose of public interaction
Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards
Neat and professional appearance a must
Friendly and professional demeanor a must
Ability to provide quality customer service a must
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
Excellent observation skills
Strong ethics and integrity
