Great Place to Work® Most Loved Workplace® Forbes Best-in-State Employer Graphic Designer ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE Creates compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive colleague and client engagement. Manages communications and brand experience projects and initiatives to deliver on-brand solutions that are based on best practices and meets the needs of the timeline requirements. Supports the communications and user experience team with written and visual presentations to package formalized stories, concepts, ideas and solutions. Prepares written communications that are clear, articulate, on-brand, simplified and that inspire the desired call-to-action and engagement. Participates in brainstorming sessions, key milestone meetings and status meetings with the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and team/business priorities. QUALIFICATIONS Entry level to two (2) years of communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
