Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to take responsibility for attracting and introducing a high calibre of temporary and permanent workers into Sedgwick UK’s external client network. As a key member of the team, you will be part of a ‘go-to’ agency for the Insurance claims industry. Key Duties You will deliver sustainable and measurable results when it comes to cost, time and quality of hires through effective sourcing, pipeline and forecasting activities You will build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates whilst being a key individual who champions the various recruitment processes Liaising with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs and advising on resourcing strategies, attraction methods, benchmarking and job offers Maintaining the internal applicant tracking system, posting and closing job ads as required as well as CV sifting, pre-screening, interview scheduling and conducting RTW checks where necessary You will constantly act as a brand ambassador, working closely with various teams to ensure the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired You will be responsible for the end to end hiring process, from sourcing suitable candidates through to placement and issue of contracts Deliver excellent customer service through building strong relationships with clients and candidates Help improve KPI's such as time to hire, cost of hire, candidate and hiring manager experience, measured by a range of qualitative and quantitative data Be involved in any recruitment projects, job fairs or brand strategy developments as required within the business Reporting to Business Service Manager Person Specification You should have a proven track record of filling vacancies with the best possible talent within an in-house or consultancy background, preferably within the Insurance sector Significant experience of direct sourcing and current search methods The capability and confidence to source passive and active candidates using a range of different methodologies, including Boolean searching Demonstrable experience of recruiting at all levels including managerial positions Experience of recruiting nationally You will be able to work autonomously Have a clear understanding of inclusion and the need for equal opportunities You should be extremely well organised with the ability to work at a fast pace and have excellent prioritisation and communication skills Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance.
