Job summary

Provide accounts payable accounting / office support to ensure effective processing and payment of bills and general administrative support of the office.

Summary of essential job functions

· Process daily check requests and ACH payments to landlords or vendors

· Verify and post monthly bills into CRM system

· Ensure all vendor payments are made in a timely manner

· Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payment accordingly

· Research and resolve issues with vendors

· Respond to accounts payable related questions from vendors as well as internal inquiries

· File all bills and payment in designated vendor file folders

· Maintain vendor and customer information in internal systems as necessary

· Aids with accounting department calls as well as calls to the main phone line

· Assist with year-end 1099-MISC preparation as necessary

· Work on other special projects or accounts payable duties not listed above, which can
vary on occasion as determined by management

  • High School diploma or GED - BA Degree in Accounting preferred

Minimum Work Experience

· Minimum of one (1) years of experience in accounts payable and general office experience.
