We are looking for a talented Performance Trainee to join our Performance team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Learn how to manage campaigns in different DSPs applying our contextual technology
• Achieve the agency and clients expectations optimizing their campaigns
• Supporting our Account Management (AdOps) team with the campaigns learnings
• Analysing data from the campaign to do the correct optimizations
• Making data-driven decisions that directly impact the business results of the company

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

• You are graduating or recently graduated in a relevant field such as programmatic, advertising or digital marketing
• You have a fluent command of Spanish and a good level of English
• You are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a startup environment
• You have great communication skills and you are not afraid to take risks
• You have strong analytical skills and know how to work with excel

It would be a big plus if you

• Have knowledge of the programmatic environment
• Have any previous experience in a similar company or sector
