Job Responsibilities:
The Extrusion Machine Set-Up/Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates a variety of machines including multi-slide, four-slide, and vertical forming machines to perform close tolerance work requiring a high degree of skill.
- Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion machine to form, bend and punch a variety of work
- Work from drawings, specifications, patterns, or templates
- Use caliper, micrometer, comparator & other measuring equipment
- Sorting and packaging parts
- Verify quantity & quality of material
- Complete & maintain all required paperwork
