What you'll be doing:
-Collaborates with internal and external customers to develop social media plans that meet their business objectives.
-Monitor and Mediate social media accounts and recruitment platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, really, Seek Employee, etc.).
-Execute a comprehensive social media messaging strategy to increase the visibility of our clients, ensuring a clear and consistent voice for talent acquisition purposes and lead generation.
-Research and analyze best practices and tools for Social Media recruitment.
-Remain current on social media trends and train others on the new technologies or techniques used to facilitate interactions and lead generation.
Provides guidance on best practices for all client lead generation social media messaging.
-Utilizes social media tools and analytics to measure and report on editorial content engagement and trends, including competition benchmarking.
-Use online chat to capture lead generation for clients and our company.
-Call for customer service reviews for the company and our clients.
-Follow-up with customers and clients for lead generation.
What you'll need:
-High School diploma or GED certificate
-Experience and knowledge of social media
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, low error threshold environment
-Ability to work in line with company policies instead of personal views
-Understanding of social media and internet terms/functions
-Strong observation skills with attention to detail
-Ability to work in fast and evolving workflow onsite at our Wapakoneta, OH location
-Ability to talk with customers and clients on the phone daily
-Ability to ask for customer service reviews per company policy
-Excellent attendance required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
