Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Inside Sales, you will provide superior phone-based account management for our Corporate SME clients that delivers employment and talent sourcing solutions, driving increased business through product usage and revenue contribution. You will do this by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a loyal portfolio of accounts through superior service execution and product recommendations
- Help customers get the most out of SEEK’s full range of products– leading to maximum revenue, adoption and uptake of SEEK’s strategic products
- Continuously maintain a deep understanding of our product solutions to be the subject matter expert for our clients
- Maintain and update company Salesforce CRM with all sales activities and company details.
- Achieve revenue growth budget each quarter
- Adapt and respond to our clients changing business environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Sales/Account Management experience
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle objections, listen and respond effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve performance metrics and/or revenue targets
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone.
