Assembly Operator

Position – Assembly Operator
Job Location – Germantown, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift
Starting Pay – $15-$17/Hour

Assembly Operator operates machines and perform bench work to assemble products.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate rivet and shim presses or assembly fixtures.
- Adjust production equipment/machinery setup.
- Attach or mark identification onto products or containers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of products.
- Knowledge of arithmetic with ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measurement.
