Education and/or Experience:
- H.S. required
- BA/BS degree in Business management, Operations management, and/or Human Resources management, preferred.
- At least six months to one year of Human Resources experience is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with day-to-day operations in the Human Resources Department.
- Establishes, organizes, and supervises the maintenance of department records, ensuring accuracy.
- Responds promptly and professionally to all inquiries presented in a timely manner, including addressing employees' questions/concerns and checking for employee understanding.
- Conducts employee engagement through phone, M.S. teams, email, and/or text messages in a professional manner.
- Actively works with other departments and team members to plan and create better methods to address employee concerns and improve employee morale to increase staff retention.
- Administers Behavior Technician (B.T.) care to all onboarding new employees. B.T. care consists of assisting new hires in adapting to the new work environment (e.g., listening, answering questions and/or concerns they may have, and relaying issues/conflicts to the right resources, etc.) during their first 90 days up to one year.
- Manages new hire follow-up program by following up with employees after the first in-person session, 3rd in-person session, 30-day follow-up, coordinating the employee’s introductory evaluation with the necessary departments, etc.
- Listens to employee concerns and handles complaints with care. DO NOT provide counseling or suggestion that is beyond your scope of practice.
- Assists and supports multiple departments in assigned work (as needed), including time sheet reviews, preparation and maintaining records and reports, verification of insurances, etc.
- Promotes excellent customer service and represents SEEK in a professional manner.
- Maintains punctual attendance to work and meetings and contributes to the agency and relevant matters (as needed).
- Assists in reaching and exceeding department goals, including coordination of events, meetings/gatherings, and maintaining meeting notes when required.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process, with an understanding of navigation through recruitment resources of all areas (apps, postings, platforms, etc.).
- Actively posts and updates all job openings accurately online through job portals reviews all resumes and applications and responds to applicants promptly.
- Conducts pre-screening phone calls and schedules interviews for the hiring team in a productive and efficient way. Ensures all interview applicants are logged into visitor log and complete pre-screening and application.
- Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and provides detailed follow-up to the team.
- Facilitates all onboarding for new hires, including notification emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Process onboarding documents during orientations. Including preparing materials and emailing electronic files.
- Participates in hands-on training to be a liaison between the trainer team and the Service Care Department to transition the new behavior technicians to the field smoothly.
- Prepares and distributes for completion of onboarding, including uniforms, PPE supplies, SEEK badge, etc.
- Learn and understand the job content of behavior technicians to be able to recruit qualified individuals.
- Meets company goals (e.g., number of new hires per month, retention rate) with good time and self-management skills to produce expected results.

- Willingness to drive to client’s homes and schools
- Updated Diploma/transcript on record
- Must pass TB test and criminal background check
