What are we looking to add to our team?
As the Head of Product for our Grow products, you will be responsible for leading the product team in setting the vision and strategy and iterate with market and customer signals to establish strong product-market-fit. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, services and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading product teams in fast-paced environments, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to translate those needs into actionable product strategies.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $195,000 to $250,000 annually

What you will be doing:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Team leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and services and customer support teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to ensure that they are wildly successful with our product. Build strong executive-level relationship with customers.
- Thought Leadership: Be the spokesperson for the product and share differentiated thought leadership with industry analysts, influencers, and in front of customers and prospects.
- Inspirational Leadership: You not only have proven management experience in leading product teams, but also great at motivating and inspiring a diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.
- Experienced with New Product Development: 10 years of experience in product management with successful examples of leading teams to create 0-to-1 products, preferrably in early-stage startups or a "startup teams" in larger organizations.
- Thrive in a Dynamic, Changing Environment: Enjoy dealing with the ambiguity associated with “breaking new ground”. Know how to optimize for velocity on building the right product. Comfortable pivoting based on external signals.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to form hypothesis around market trends and set a clear vision and differentiation strategy. Can articulate the vision and the strategy with a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various internal and external audiences.
- Outstanding Problem Solving and Collaboration Skills: You don’t just work well with others, you are a force multiplier. You bring diverse perspectives together and are able to bring out the best ideas from others.
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
