What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Access Ordering position at Segra?
Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Access Ordering to work within our Segra footprint in a remote capacity.
Role Overview:
The Access Ordering Manager has responsibility for leading a team that executes third party ordering for Type II access transport and Local Number Portability for customer orders. Responsible for clearly articulating third party order challenges and status reporting for customer driven revenue pipeline. Responsible as 4th level escalation for all Type II Access Ordering and Local Number Porting. Responsible for leading a team that executes in completing trouble tickets for customer orders.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior Telecom experience.
- Must have prior experience with Access Service Request (ASR), Local Service Request (LSR), and Local Number Portability (LNP).
- Must have customer service or customer-facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vendor ordering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a team.
- Proven experience in process improvement development.
- Must demonstrate experience with successful customer operations' management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office applications to include, but not limited to: Word and Excel.
- Must be detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
