Job Description
- Formalize each solution’s strategic baseline and technical roadmap by market segment.
- Develop Systems Level Requirements Book per solution based on the current baseline and expanding to incorporate future roadmap functionalities identified from the market.
- Develop the entire Reference Solution approach including PIO/PDO (execution approach) as well as the strategic use of Tools and Automation to drive competitiveness.
- Manage life cycle of the solution by developing roadmaps and associated business cases (trough PAB/PRB).
- Ensure the Generic Product (GP), Generic Application (GA), and Specific Application (SA) boundaries between Product and Projects.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in rail or related business, or project engineering industry.
- Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Field.
- Preferred Education: Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business field or Master of Business Administration or in Engineering
