Job Responsibilities
- Support claims process regarding freight missing and damages
- Monitor 3rd party return process, and optimize RMA SOP
- RMA inventory management
- Set up KPI for 3rd party warehouse and repair center
- Coordinate third party process, repairs, approvals
- Parts and box qty purchase planning
- Analyst RMA data for business profit and vendor management
- Check and maintain records of returned goods from different channel partners
- Coordinate with different warehouses regarding the disposal of returned goods.
- Organize shipment of returned goods to China
- Coordinate the sales of used-product to second-hand unit dealer
Qualifications
- 3 years of inventory control or customer service related experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn knowledge of products and services
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written in both English and Mandarin
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
