POSITION SUMMARY
Segway Powersports is looking for an experience HR Generalist with experience working as a Paralegal. This person will have a mixture of work experience as an HR Generalist and Paralegal. We are looking for a leader, innovator, problem solver, strategic thinker, and business partner who is capable of connecting with employees at organizational levels. Focus areas include employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee development, strategic planning, and legal compliance. Tenacity, energy, integrity, and authentic interest in people a must.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Leadership Team to nurture and develop a world-class Employee Relations environment.
Develop short- and long-term HR strategies and solutions designed to increase operational performance and efficiency.
Ensure localized HR policies & practices satisfy corporate, federal, and state requirements.
Provide advice and counsel to internal customers on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
Utilize HR analytics tools to provide data to business partners including but not limited to headcount, absenteeism, and turnover.
Promote and be the behavioral benchmark for business ethics and core values.
Develop and/or conduct training and presentations as needed.
Develop and post job descriptions as needed to support business needs.
Develop and provide recommendations for the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that increase the engagement and effectiveness of our team.
Modify company agreements as needed based on business needs.
Resolve employee relations issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of successful human resource experience and/or paralegal experience working across multiple departments/disciplines.
Experience in the delivery of Strategic Planning, Organizational Design & Talent Management.
Experience working nationally and/or globally is an asset.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office programs.
Experience with and ERP Software & ADP preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
