What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Strategy Analyst position at Sei?
SEI Private Wealth Management (PWM) is a business unit of SEI, which delivers an innovative and complete wealth management offering to individuals and families that have a net worth exceeding $10 million. Solutions include Investment Management, Financial Management and Reporting, Legacy and Estate Planning as well as Aggregated Reporting.
This position requires a highly organized individual who can create client advice, balance many tasks and still remain focused on deadlines. The successful candidate will work directly with the High Net Worth (HNW) client segment/service team and other planning experts. This role provides advisory solutions in the areas of investments, cash strategies (liquidity), options analysis, asset allocation and performance analysis.
The successful candidate would demonstrate:
Broad investment knowledge of equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes and portfolio design for HNW/UHNW market.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in all SEI investment strategies
Ability to effectively explain complex investment strategies in understandable terms.
Detailed oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
What you'll do:
Be the primary point of contact within the Advice Team for HNW client service team.
Evaluate prospect and client portfolios including performance, risk, allocation, tax and/or attribution analysis.
Monitor portfolio for alignment to goals-based investment policy, client suitability and regulatory compliance.
Provide support to service team for investment related issues including on-site client meetings.
Construct client investment presentations.
Maintain familiarity with entire SEI Investment Product suite and technologies (Morningstar, Black Diamond, Factset, GL, etc.)
Monitor adherence of client portfolios to PWM investment models.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s or equivalent in relevant technical field (Finance, Accounting, Statistics, etc.)
Minimum 2-5 years wealth management experience
Series 65
