Job Summary :
Seidel Hyundai is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team at our Reading, Pennsylvania location.
This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for the dealership, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of Seidel Hyundai's products and services.
- Respond to and follow up on all inbound leads and inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's products and services, as well as the local auto market.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
- Represent the dealership at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, specifically in the auto industry, is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
