Our 1st product was a debit card checking account that has 100s of thousands of customers. Our 2nd product is launching very soon (ask us about it when you interview)

Here are some things you’ll do on the job:

Here are some things you’ll do on the job:
- You’ll report to myself, the guy who’s writing this (Trevor McKendrick, CEO) and our CTO/cofounder Joshua Howland.
- Manage both of our calendars & scheduling for both internal & external meetings on an as-needed basis
- Organize & tag my personal CRM, including any notes & follow up needs after recruiting meetings, investor meetings, etc.
- Manage all logistics at our new office: working with our lunch caterer, greeting visitors, getting packages, dealing with the landlord, making sure the office is picked up and put together, etc.
- Writing and preparing thank you notes
- Sending gifts to recruits, visitors, employees, investors, etc.
- Booking travel & (on rare occasions) meetings
- Running our swag shop
- Booking dinner reservations
- Preparing guest lists & managing private group dinners
- Organizing & running our annual Christmas party & summer Seis family party
- Organize links for the weekly first draft of my weekly newsletter
- Running general errands
- You take all logistical & scheduling work off of our plates - we never have to worry about scheduling a meeting w/ the right people ever again
- The office runs like a well-oiled machine. Nobody else @ Seis ever has to think about any logistics at the office.
- You give us & Seis leverage on our various networks - you help me handle the logistics of meeting more people, and keeping previously established relationships warm
- You make everyone who ever interacts with Seis feel like we’re thoughtful, attentive, and worth remembering. They all feel taken care of by Seis.
- Things we currently do that we want to hand off to you
- Things we wish we were doing that we don’t have bandwidth for
- Doing new things that no one is doing yet
- Starting things that only we can do, and getting them as far as you can before giving them back to us to finish. This includes scheduling & blocking out the time I need to complete these things.
- If you have a background in tech that’s fine but it’s absolutely not necessary. You also do not have to be able to speak Spanish.
- You've been an EA before for a tech company. This is not your first time as an EA.
- You’re detail oriented: you love making a task list and checking items off your todo list
- You bring energy & excitement to a room
- You're naturally friendly, extroverted, and like being around people
- You’ll be expected to be in our office 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Our office is located at 3400 Ashton Blvd in Lehi
- We’ll pay for relocation to Utah if you aren’t already here
