What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech position at SEJ Services, LLC?
Position Details:
- Position Title: Floor Technician
- Hours: 20 hours or less per week depending on the assignment
- General Location: Loris
- Compensation: $18.00 Per Hour
- Facility Type: Medical Facility
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8pm-12am
General Duties:
- Responsible for the floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting) of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas
- Applies stripper to floors to remove old wax then refinishes floors with the new wax product.
- Vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.
- Standing, walking, and bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, customer service-oriented, friendly, professional, and a team player.

- Lift 35 lbs, carry full trash bags, operate and lift janitorial equipment, lift and stock janitorial supplies.
