Title: Corporate Development and Strategy Associate
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a private equity backed, multi-billion dollar global organization aiming to grow their strategic business development function. This Associate will be in charge of building financial models, capital raising and joint ventures globally.
The Corporate Development and Strategy Associate will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining financial models and prepare strategic analysis for business owners to help answer high-priority questions, drive better understanding of business performance and identify areas of opportunity
Partner and collaborate with business owners to structure and deliver data-based recommendations and informed business decisions
Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership and private equity partners
Ensure accurate reporting on key business drivers and trends
The Corporate Development and Strategy Associate should have the following qualifications:
3-6 years of Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Development & Strategy experience.
No specific industry or coverage group experience required.
Experience building financial models, three-statement models, cash flow models, and others.
Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
MBA preferred not required
