We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with S/4 HANA Rise and Group Reporting, along with a proven track record in leading both onshore and offshore teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong background in financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP S/4 HANA Rise, focusing on the finance function and group reporting modules.
- Manage onshore and offshore resources, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
- Design, configure, and test SAP financial systems to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of the SAP system with business goals.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP financial systems and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding project status and the performance of SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their understanding of the SAP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP finance modules, including hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Rise and Group Reporting.
- Experience leading and managing onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
