MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.
Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Labor candidate for a racking and packing position at a powder coating facility in the city of Brea, CA.
Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday through Friday
Requirements of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker):
- Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience or equivalent.
- Must speak Spanish
- Able to safely lift to 50lbs
- Pass E-verify
- Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker):
Mask metal parts per specifications to prepare for the powder coating process.
Lift and place parts on racks to be powder-coated
Pack finished products for shipment
Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
