- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess their well-being and address any issues or challenges promptly.
- Efficiently coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documents, schedules, and initial communications are handled seamlessly.
- Oversee payroll activities, ensuring accuracy in timesheets, processing PTO and overtime requests, and resolving any payroll disputes.
- Lead investigations into any incidents, creating detailed reports and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
- Maintain impeccable records and communication flows, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and handling document requests.

- Strong experience in HR management, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and operational proficiency in HR tasks.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with a keen eye for detail and no tolerance for errors.
