FUNCTIONAL ROLE:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of all operations of Select Drink, Inc. This individual organizes daily activities to ensure that customer orders are delivered on-time with a 99% fill rate while meeting cost per order efficiency targets. The Manager has functional responsibility for: purchasing, warehouse, inventory, product delivery, production, quality control and safety. Responsibilities will specifically be focused on efficiency of fulfilling customer orders while ensuring safety policies are met and SOP’s are followed. This individual is highly proficient with all manufacturing processes, equipment and machines used in drink dispensing and concession operations. The individual will contribute to a positive team atmosphere and apply policies and guidelines in a fair and consistent manner. This position provides day-to-day direction for all operations staff, is a resource for questions and clarifications, and provides training and feedback to operations personnel. The Operations Manager spends more than 50% of their time in a hands-on supervisory and training role with operations staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Education:
o Required: High School Diploma.
o Preferred: Associate or Bachelor Degree, either technical or business or equivalent work experience.
· Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a distribution operation or similar large-scale warehousing operation. Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
