Seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager for a hotel in the Davenport area. This position is responsible for assisting with the overall management and operations of the hotel. Using leadership skills to drive overall financial results, maximize profit and, guest & associate satisfaction. Building a team to brand and company standards in-order to create successful environment at the property.
Experience in being an operations leader, taking the existing team and building their knowledge and performance are key to the success of this property. The ability to operate independently and achieve superior results. Thought process of an owner: Delivering exceptional financial results is essential. Possess the ability to budget and plan and adjust strategies as required. Knowledge in all areas of operations. Hotel experience required.
