This is a nanny opportunity that will give your morning a bright start! A loving and laid-back family in Cary is looking for a part-time nanny for their two children, ages 6 and 3. Their schedule is clear and consistent: Monday-Friday from 7 AM-11 AM. It’s perfect for a nanny who would appreciate a part-time balance with free afternoons and evenings! Their best fit is someone who is dependable and reliable, able to routinely show up on time and support their children through a smooth morning routine. Other important qualities are a nanny partner who is engaging, structured, and confident.
Here is a little more about their sweet children and what your time with them will be like. Their 6-year-old enjoys basketball and riding his scooter. Their 3-year-old enjoys imaginative play, reading books, and playing with blocks.. In this role, you will support getting the children up and ready for school (focusing on their care and morning routine from about 7 AM until 9 AM), including making them a simple breakfast like a smoothie or toast. Then you’d drop them off (older son at the bus stop, younger daughter at her preschool) and come back to complete household duties. For instance, the children’s laundry, dishes, and tidying the kid’s living spaces, as well as loading and emptying the dishwasher when needed. As their daughter is 3 and is typically growing in learning behaviors and her emotions, a nanny who is clear and consistent, but also balanced with warmth and kindness, would be a wonderful fit!
