Job Description
Title: HR Program/ Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
- Design/manage overall experience and requirements for pre-employment screening and onboarding programs.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for issues and questions that arise during pre- employment/periodic background checks and medical checks from People team members, managers, and customers.
- Manage hiring pre-screening requirements including background checks, health checks, and other required hiring documentation .
- Partner with global team members and various stakeholders to create and implement scalable program solutions that match our culture and balance legal requirements with business needs.
- Create communication, change management, and enablement materials.
- Develop roadmap for pre-employment screening and onboarding programs and help lead new country implementations.
- Participate in necessary internal and external audits.
- Manage relationship with onboarding vendors and manage invoicing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and program management.
- Strong experience working with background checks.
- Exposure to the development and implementation of global HR global programs (preferably hiring/onboarding related) preferred.
- Detail-oriented with solid research and analytical skills to make recommendations and plans of action.
- Solid communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and build credible relationships across multiple functions with varying levels of the company.
- Ability to respect confidentiality obligations with team members and throughout the organization.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize shifting demands
