- A degree in BS Interior Design your foundation for design excellence.
- A comprehensive understanding of interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage, and a knack for color selection in the realm of commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in Revit drafting software where your designs come to life in the digital realm.
- 3-plus years of professional experience in the dynamic field of Interior Design.
- Knowledge of zoning codes and building codes, with an acute awareness of their implications for the design of interior spaces.
- Proven ability in the production of meticulous product specifications.
- Be a team leader with a robust work ethic and a track record of proven leadership.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Principal Architects and other team members, recognizing and addressing design issues with finesse.
- Actively participate in project reviews, contributing insights on project costs, budgets, and adherence to schedules.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $25/hr. - $33/hr.
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
